My Sanctuary

This is a place I where I come to meditate

and reflect on my day's events. Of

all the things that are good in my live

And those that are not, and to find a way

or ways in which I can make it better.

I think of the people that have touched

my heart with their actions and kindness.

Those things that are important and

those that are not. The people I love

and the people I have lost... I try

to do something every day that makes

it all worthwhile, nothing big:), just show

my love, compassion or kindness even if

it's in the most subtle way.
